  • For the Rice:

When there is almost no water in it and the rice is also soft and moistened, cover it with a lid, lower the heat, and let it cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
  • When the rice is fully cooked, add the rice in a large bowl and put it aside.
  • For the others:
  • Scramble the egg on the pan and put butter in it.
  • Cut the egg into small small pieces with the spatula.
  • Put the scrambled egg into the rice bowl and also add the thawed peas, carrot, and diced white onion.
  • Mix all of them together until they are fully combined.
  • Take another pan, add two tablespoons of butter, and melt it.

  • Take a cup and add Soy Sauce and sesame oil in it.
